Can you relate?

You want to opt out of the medical system and have chosen to birth on you’re own terms. But your not quite sure where to start? Or what to learn (or unlearn) on this new journey?

You still have some fears or concerns, and ‘what if’s’ but the idea of going to hospital is frightening, too?

✕ Maybe you’re worried your partner will not understand you and your desire to freebirth, and you want support in that…. Or your partner has some fears too and you’d like to work through them together?

✕ You know God designed birth to be simple and biological, so free birthing just makes sense?

✕ You would like to learn how to lead your pregnancy in full faith, and full responsibility. Involving God along the whole journey, and trusting in Him to be your ultimate midwife, guiding your intuition, and helping you have a transformative experience?

✕ Unsure how your partner will manage to support you through a possible long labour, and if you can rely on them to make difficult decisions in the moment, or how other children will handle seeing and hearing you during labour and birth?

✕ You’d like to find a sister-like mentor, who will also walk along side you on this journey. Who can share her wise woman wisdom and experience attending births? To believe in you, guide you, encourage and support you, when times may get hard, or you start to feel alone and misunderstood at times. To be held and loved and served during your sacred birth. Who will hold your hand, physically and/or spiritually?

While I work alongside you, and as you approach your birth…

✓ You’ll feel confident that you have identified your fears and been able to work through them and give them to God

Complimentary Award Winning Birth Photography

If I'm already going to be there and apart of your birth team, why not also capture your birth story and take the pressure off your partner?

It’s best described as an intuitive dance. Reading the energy of the women and meeting their needs as they ebb and flow. With my camera always close by, I am always watching for signs when I need to provide hands-on or emotional support and when it's a good time to capture a priceless image for her birth story.

Many couples say they don’t even notice when I take a photo, during labour or birth. I am very selective of when I choose to take photos so instead of 100’s that many include, I only edit back about 75.

*I do offer homebirth Photography packages from $2000.

Testimonies

  • "I met Nadia by luck, I had interviewed numerous doulas without feeling a connection and with Nadia it was instant. She became family almost immediately. I felt safe, calm and connected. Nadia helped me overcome some fears I had about my HBAC (homebirth after cesarean) & was so very reassuring. The communication between us was constant pre and post birth. She really helped me connect with my son in my womb & outside on such a deep level. Support was always there and for this I will forever be grateful. I truly can not thank the universe enough for bringing you into our lives. During birth you wouldn’t have even known there was a camera capturing my most vulnerable moments, she was respectful as well as being present. Moments captured I’ll cherish for a lifetime. Thank you Nadia for opening your heart to us. With your help I achieved my healing birth I so very longed to have. You are a healer. You are my forever friend. I couldn’t recommend you enough."

  • "You are a godsend. From the moment I reached out to you and exchanging messages back and forth I just knew you’d be my perfect doula. As a mum of 7 and first time freebirthing you have changed my whole perspective when it comes to birthing in general. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for such an amazing experience. My whole entire journey with you alongside me was nothing short of amazing. You’ve become a friend, I hold in my heart dearly, your words of wisdom, encouragement throughout played a massive part in the outcome I had. You stood by me even through my doubts and was always my reminder to trust in myself and my decisions as a mother. I cannot recommend you any more than I have to so many other mums. "

  • "Nadia was an amazing person to have in our birth space. We utilised both her doula and photographer services and I’m so glad we did. I have been obsessed with the photos since getting them back, they have captured moments from our birth that otherwise would have been forgotten! As a doula Nadia was a lovely presence throughout my pregnancy, at the birth and after. She is very knowledgeable and was such a great sounding board for any concerns that arose for me. My partner and I both immediately trusted her to be able to support us with our freebirth."
